Negative: Soap in the shower would be nice, but this is just a minor thing as it was off course not a hotel

Positive: Very nice one bedroom flat. With a well equipped kitchen and a very nice massage chair. The bed was very big and comfy. Large smart tv connected to wi-fi. The owner is very responsive to any communication.
